Weekly coaching
Do you need to see results fast? Weekly coaching can be a great way to make a big change, meet a deadline or train for an event that’s coming up.

Fast and flexible planning
1 hour face-to-face each week
Exercise Program and live tuition
Nutrition guidance
Regular contact (typically 1-2 hours response time, calls if needed)
£60/week - Contact For Available Slots
One-off Plan
Get a personalized plan to train for an event, weight loss or other goal (3-6 months)
Perfect if you have entered your first 5k, marathon or charity challenge.
What’s included
After you complete a pre-consultation survey, we meet for an hour to discuss your goals and how best to achieve them.
I then create a plan for you to follow until the event, with discounted rates on follow-ups, if you decide to go for regular coaching.
